  • Maintenance

River Parish Contractors, Inc. offers maintenance services to meet the needs of our various industrial clients under one of the three following basic contractual relationships:

    Supplemental

Owner performs base load maintenance while River Parish Contractors supplies and supports any additional maintenance requirements from purely labor to labor, material and equipment.

    Partnering

River Parish Contractors and our clients work together with the team philosophy that effectively maximizes the mutual resources of labor, tools, safety, supplies, equipment and material.

    Full Maintenance

River Parish Contractors completes all aspects of the maintenance function from engineering a maintenance to executing those maintenance functions with skilled and conscientious craftsmen.

  • Turnaround

River Parish Contractors assists our clients with their turnaround projects in budgeting, planning, scheduling and safely executing the work in a streamlined seamless process. This process begins with an RPC Turnaround Readiness Assessment or audit.

The assessment is completed at a specific point in the Turnaround Planning Process to determine progress status and to get an assessment of our client’s ability to shutdown operating units and execute a timely turnaround.

The assessment process usually includes a series of interviews followed by field observations and a documentation review. The purpose of the review is to understand the Turnaround Management Plan, to assess the plans strengths and weaknesses, to gather assessment evidence, to evaluate results and finally to report assessment findings.
